• RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• Each Piece is made especially for you as soon as your order comes through!!   Due to our products unique nature we are unable to offer full returns at this time.

• Exchanges will be assessed on a case by case bases and may be subject to additional shipping fees.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  You must reach out to customer service within 14 days of receiving your piece to arrange exchange if eligible.

 Should an item sell out and we are unable to fulfill this item you will be offered     store credit or refund for original purchase amount.  

 All Masks are FINAL SALE as we can not return these to stock.    

• Please note our size charts when ordering.

• At this time we are unable to offer return or exchanges for any international orders outside of the United States.  

• All accessories are Final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Gift Card purchases can not be refunded.

 • CHANGE / CANCEL MY ORDER

• Orders may not be cancelled unless the product ordered has sold out.  At this time we are not able to alter sizes or make changes to orders after they have been placed.  Please make sure to pay close attention to your details before submitting your order.   

 • Due to security measures to prevent fraudulent orders we are NOT able to change any shipment information Fully after your order has been submitted.  House number/apartment number can be updated if notified with in 24 hours of placing the order. Please carefully review shipping details as re-shipment of your item will be an additional Fee to be assessed on an order by order basis.

• Orders with insufficient addresses will not be re-shipped until received back to our warehouse and re-shipment fee's have been paid.  

 • GIFT CARDS

• E-gift cards are sent to the original purchaser via email. E-gift cards are sent within an hour of being ordered. You will receive an email confirmation with the order details before your unique card code is sent.

 • GIFT CARD REDEMPTION

• Gift cards can be exclusively used on TeenHearts.com as full or Partial payment. Use your unique code by entering it In the “discount” section at checkout.  

• Gift Cards do not expire

• Gift Card purchases can not be refunded.

 • OH NO!  I WAS SHIPPED THE WRONG ITEM 

• We will happily re-send the correct item, please provide your order number, email and a photo of the item you received to support@teenhearts.com

• SOMETHING WENT WRONG!

• In the unlikely event that there is an issue with the product ordered and it arrives damaged we will replace the item or you may receive store credit 

 • ORDER / SHIPPING INFORMATION 

•COVID19 UPDATE please allow additional processing time for you order. While we are working to the best of our ability many of our products are produced to order and are taking longer due to working restrictions.  We want you to get your order as quickly and and safely as we possible can!

• Most orders will be processed within 72 hours, cut and sew garments can take up to 5 business days to processes before tracking is sent (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays)

• After your order is placed you will receive an additional shipping email with tracking information once your goods are on their way!

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped from different warehouses or at different times, no we didn’t forget your items!

• Teen Hearts is not responsible for packages not received due to incorrect or insufficient address.

• After product is showing "delivered" status we are not responsible for loss or theft due to package being shipped to insecure location. 

• INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• Well It takes a little longer…. Orders will be processed the same as those being sent to the US but typically take 14-21 business days depending on the location.

Unfortunately, we CANNOT be responsible for lost or missing international packages.  All applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer, and packages returned rejected because of tariffs will not be refunded for shipping.

• ATTENTION CANADA! When checking your tracking you may see (ARRIVAL IN DESTINATION COUNTRY) as your last updated. If you have waited over 7 days after getting this message please check with your local postal office. Chances are, they have your package. 

• BACK-ORDERED PRODUCTS

• We occasionally have merchandise for sale that that has sold out and is being restocked. You can still order these items to reserve your favorite color or size. We'll ship it to you when supplies are replenished.

• PRODUCT INFORMATION / CARE INSTRUCTIONS

•Graphics, tie-dyes, stripes, masks and many other items are custom made to order!  

• Colors... We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

• Garments with Graphics; To insure your garments have a long life please wash in cold water  inside out on gentle and lay flat to dry.  You may also refer to the individual care label located in each garment.

• Due to unique hand Tie-Dye washes, there might be slight differences in washes and or size from garment to garment.
